4 egg whites
Pinch baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 Tablespoon cornflour
Preheat oven to 180°C
Beat eggwhites until stiff.
Add baking powder & beat again.
Gradually add sugar (still beating).
Mixture should be glossy and thick.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour onto a lined tray and shape until it's nice and round.
Turn off oven.
Put in oven and leave in with the door shut until the oven is cold.
Decorate with cream and fruit =)
