4 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp cocoa
4 Tbsp milk
12 Tbsp milk powder
8 Tbsp sugar
Place butter, sugar and milk into pot and heat until the butter and sugar are melted. Add to the milk powder and cocoa. Stir in vanilla. Allow to cool a little then roll spoonfuls in coconut. Set in fridge.
Add sultanas or walnuts to the mixture.
Form the truffle with a caramel chocolate in the centre.
