1 can chickpeas (or cannellini beans)
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander seed
1/2 tsp salt
Drain and rinse chickpeas or beans. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add spices. Stir for a little bit. Add chickpeas. Fry until the skins start to go a wee bit crispy, they're going a bit brown, and the spices are coating them.
If served with rice (and veges), makes a good cheap meat-free meal.
